Dear Friends,

China Care began its service at Kashgar, southern Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region last September. 

Since we started work, it was strongly felt by us all that its people and the region were not as different and as far away as we originally perceived.

To properly introduce the people and their region, we have put together a series of messages written by ourselves, our teachers in Kashgar, and our students. We will be sending you these messages. We sincerely hope you will spend a moment of your time to get to know Xinjiang and our children there.
